In this materialistic society, the so-called “Money Worshiping” has emerged. The natural counterpoint to it is Anti-Money Worshiping. My aim is to communicate this social phenomenon in the most direct way possible. In this project, I wanted to use paper money, such as the US dollar, to convey the message I wanted to convey. Since this is something that everyone uses in their daily lives, it is a good medium of communication. The message is a quote from Bill Gates, I can understand wanting to have millions of dollars, there’s a certain freedom, meaningful freedom, that comes with that. But once you get much beyond that, I have to tell you, it’s the same hamburger.
